Great Smoky Mountain Vista Campground is a family-owned RV park in Newport, Tennessee, created for travelers who want to experience the Smoky Mountains in a peaceful setting.
We opened in 2023 with 18 spacious RV sites, including full hookup and water/electric options, and we continue to grow thoughtfully in future phases. Our spacious RV sites can accommodate a wide range of RV sizes, making the campground comfortable for both overnight travelers and guests planning monthly or seasonal stays.
Guests also have access to a private bathhouse, making stays comfortable whether you’re visiting for a night or a longer Smoky Mountain adventure.
