Our campground is located in Newport, TN, nestled between the Smoky and English Mountains. Newport is located near major destinations like Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Cherokee, Asheville, and Bristol, yet remote so you aren’t in the local traffic during peak season. We will be developing the 30 acres in phases over the next several years. We are targeting to have 20 — 30 sites ready for reservations by late Fall 2023. These sites will include 20/30/50amps, water and sewer. The sites will be a combination of back-ins, pull throughs and pull offs near or in the wooded area. Our sites will be spaciously located as to not disturb your neighbor, with a fire ring and picnic table. We will have a bath house and a check in area. As we continue our development, we will expand to have more sites including electric/water, electric and primitive. We will also be expanding amenities.
