Our campground is located in beautiful Newport, TN, nestled between the majestic Smoky Mountains and the serene English Mountains. This unique location offers the best of both worlds: close proximity to some of the most sought-after destinations while remaining tucked away from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. Newport is ideally situated near popular spots like Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Cherokee, Asheville, and Bristol, but without the hassle of heavy tourist traffic during peak seasons.

We have 18 sites in our first phase. Development has already started in phase 2 which will showcase more full hook-up sites in our woodland area. Come check us out!
We are excited to introduce you to our campground as it grows. Our development is taking place over several phases on 30 acres of lush land, and we’re planning on creating a peaceful escape for campers to enjoy for years to come. Our first phase is ready to welcome guests. In this initial phase, we have 18 spacious campsites, designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. These sites are a mix of back-in and pull-thru options, each equipped with essential hookups like 20/30/50amp electricity and water. Some sites will also include sewer connections to make longer stays more comfortable and hassle-free.
We understand that privacy and personal space are important when camping, which is why our campsites are thoughtfully spaced out to ensure that you won’t feel crowded. Whether you’re sitting around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, or enjoying a meal at the picnic table provided at each site, you’ll have room to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings without being too close to your neighbors.
As part of our facilities, we will have a clean and modern bathhouse for your convenience, ensuring a comfortable stay whether you’re camping in an RV or enjoying a more rustic experience. Additionally, our check-in area will be designed to make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible, so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying your getaway.
Planned Amenities
Amenities will be limited the first year. We will have a shower house that has an office, 2 individual toilets and 4 individual shower/toilet facilities. There is a pet area for your furry companions to run off-leash. Future amenities to include, but not limited to:

- Horseshoes, corn hole (bags), badminton and other sports
